Broiled Salmon with Mustard and Crisp Potato Crust



John brought back some fresh river salmon from his Independence trip to the Pacific Northwest. Friday, we whipped up this delicious recipe. It was very easy and only took about 10 minutes to broil. Someday, I'd love to live where the rivers are filled with fresh fish. Nutritious and delicious...

We pulled this recipe from The Best New Recipe [See Below Cooking As Exact Science]. It calles for high-quality sandwich bread, potato chips, fresh dill, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard. We'll definantly use this recipe again as TBNR strikes again!
